§ 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by you as a consumer (§ 13 BGB / German Civil Code) on shopclarvo.com with Fazy Studio Jafarian (trading under the brand Clarvo) (hereinafter "Clarvo"). We do not accept deviating terms unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The display of products on shopclarvo.com does not constitute a binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order. Receipt of your order will be confirmed by email; this does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. The purchase contract comes into force only with our explicit acceptance or at the latest with the dispatch of the goods.
§ 3 Prices and shipping
All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are charged separately and shown during the order process. Details on our shipping page.
§ 4 Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- SEPA Direct Debit
- PayPal
- Klarna (invoice, installments)
Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
§ 5 Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery is from Düsseldorf to the address you specify. Delivery times: within Germany 1–3 business days, EU 3–7 business days, worldwide 7–21 business days depending on destination.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the withdrawal form at our withdrawal policy.
§ 7 Retention of title
Until full payment is received, the goods remain our property.
§ 8 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact us: support@updates.shopclarvo.com.
§ 9 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 10 Final provisions
German law applies under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, to the extent legally permissible.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
