How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, we typically deliver in 1–3 business days. EU deliveries take 3–7 business days. Once your parcel is handed off, you receive an email with tracking.
Is shipping free?
Within Germany, shipping is free on orders over €30. Under €30 there's a €4.90 shipping fee. EU shipping €9.90, worldwide €24.90.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 30-day return right from receipt of the goods, no reason required. Details in our returns policy.

Are the products plastic-free?
We're reducing plastic consistently but aren't fully plastic-free yet. Microfiber cloths currently ship in a protective sleeve. We're testing alternatives — we'll communicate progress openly.
